Enrolment & Offer Letter
Accept your ACE offer letter and submit your documents. Our visa team verifies everything twice before submission.
EMGS Application Submitted
We lodge your application with Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) and track progress daily at 5%, 15% and 32%.
eVAL Approval (70%)
Receive your Electronic Visa Approval Letter. We send it to you with pre-departure instructions and your e-visa guidance.
Single-Entry Visa & Flight
Apply for your SEV (single-entry visa) at the Malaysian embassy, fly to KLIA — our driver meets you at arrivals.
Medical Screening
Complete your post-arrival medical at an EMGS panel clinic. We arrange transport and accompany new students.
Student Pass Endorsement
EMGS issues your student pass sticker in your passport — valid for your full course duration. You are now a Malaysian student!

Medical Screening & Insurance

Student-Only Passes — No Dependants
Important: visa sponsorship through ACE is available only for AIEP students, and the pass covers the enrolled student only — we cannot issue dependent or guardian visas. Family members may visit Malaysia on normal tourist/social passes. Renewals for continuing AIEP students are handled annually by our team.
Refundable Personal Bond
A personal bond is required by Immigration with your student pass — the amount depends on your nationality. Good news: it is fully refundable when you complete your studies or withdraw in good standing. Our visa team confirms the exact figure for your nationality before you commit.
