Are all staff in the ladies section female?+
Yes — teachers and the class support team for ladies-only cohorts are all female, and the classrooms and lounge are reserved exclusively for women.

Visas are issued only under the Intensive English Programme (AIEP). Ladies requiring a visa can join a women-only AIEP cohort — and the pass covers the enrolled student only (no dependent or guardian visas).
Common questions for this programme (5)
How long will it take me to become fluent?+
Full-time students typically gain one CEFR level in 8–12 weeks (one level ≈ 160–200 guided hours). Part-time learners should roughly double that.
Can I move between morning and evening classes?+
Yes — request a session change at reception anytime; we will re-place you at the same level within the same week where seats allow.
How do you assess my level before I join?+
You take our free AI English Level Test (grammar, vocabulary, reading) plus a short speaking assessment with a teacher. You start exactly at your level.
Are the teachers native-level speakers?+
All ACE teachers hold CELTA/TEFL-level certification with a minimum of 5 years' classroom experience, led by our Academic Director Dr. Nor Hafizah.
What happens if I miss classes?+
Tell reception in advance where possible; your teacher shares catch-up materials, and weekly assessments ensure you never fall behind unnoticed.

What certificate will I receive?+
A completion certificate with your CEFR level and transcript is issued after the final assessment — printable from your student portal, with employer/embassy verification available.
Do you offer accommodation?+
Yes — inspected hostels (from RM 650/month), private apartments and homestays within 20 minutes of both campuses, arranged before you fly. Airport pickup is RM 500.
How do payments work?+

Can I study online and continue in Malaysia later?+
Yes — start ACE Online from home (from RM 1,200/month) and transfer to campus with your level fully credited; we then process your AIEP student visa if needed.
What happens if my level is wrong after starting?+
Within the first two weeks, teachers re-assess and re-place you at the correct level at no charge — being in the right class matters more than being in the planned one.
Do you provide learning materials?+
